When you ordered your subscription you will have received an email letting you know the issue number and release date of your first issue, so please check this email for further information.
Individual magazines/books orders may currently take 5-10 working days to be delivered within the UK and up to 6 weeks for overseas deliveries. Subscriptions delivery times should not be affected, unless magazines are temporarily paused due to the situation. Please check the magazines subscription page for regular updates.
Please check the email confirmation you received when you ordered your subscription, as this should tell you when your first issue should arrive and how often it is published. Some of our magazines are monthly, some are bi-monthly and some are 6-weekly, so there could be up to 8 weeks between issues. If you still haven’t received your magazine, please use the Contact Form to get in touch.
To change your address on your account, which will be the default address on your future orders, please login and visit the My Account page.
If you would like to change the Shipping Address on a current subscription, please contact us via the Contact Form, letting us know your name, old address, new address and magazine subscription you want updating.
Yes! To send a subscription as a gift, just select “Ship to different address” at Checkout and put in the lucky recipient’s address.
To renew your subscription, just login to the website and order a subscription of the magazine you want to renew and our clever system will know that it is a renewal. If you don’t know your login details, Click Here to have a password reminder sent to you.
Yes! To order back issues of our magazines please visit
On the website we accept credit and debit card payment, which we process using the secure online payment system Stripe. For UK customers we also accept Direct Debit via the website.
We can also take payment over the phone by credit card and cheques via the post.
We will send you a confirmation email when we set up the Direct Debit. It can take several days for this to be sent to you, so if you haven’t received this confirmation please allow 7 days before contacting us via the Contact Form.
Postage is based on each individual item you order on our website. However, if you wish to receive a single postage fee for a bulk order, please email our Customers Service team using the email [email protected].
